Application of LM vertical mill

LM vertical mill is a large energy-saving grinding product developed by Liming Heavy Industry on the basis of more than 30 years' R & D and manufacturing experience. The equipment integrates crushing, drying, grinding and powder selecting into one. It has a number of independent patent technology, clean and environmental protection, in line with national standards.

LM vertical mill is designed scientifically and reasonably. It can be used for grinding different types of materials in all walks of life. The requirements for humidity, grindability and product fineness of processed materials are as follows:

1.Moisture content of grinding materials: it can be processed from materials with water content of 20-30%, such as calcium carbide slag and lignite, to materials with water content of less than 1%, such as cement clinker, which has strong adaptability to materials.

2.Grindability of grinding materials: from materials that are extremely difficult to grind, such as quartz sand, slag, pyrophyllite, iron ore, etc., to materials that are easy to grind, such as gypsum, calcite, quartz, etc.

3.Fineness of grinding products: from 2-5mm, such as grinding shale, which is the raw material for brick making in the new wall material industry, to 15um, with a passing rate of 97%, such as grinding heavy calcium, the fineness of products is easy to adjust and operate.

LM vertical roller mill focuses on non-metallic mineral, coal powder and slag. It is widely used in cement, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry and so on.
