Introduction

This production line was built in 2016. The designed daily clinker production capacity is 3000t, while the actual capacity is 3200t. It mainly consists of crushing equipment, homogenization equipment, raw meal preparation equipment, drying equipment, preheating and decomposition equipment, clinker calcination equipment, cooling equipment, grinding equipment, packaging equipment, conveying equipment, and environmental dust collection equipment.

Production Method:

Limestone and clay are the main raw materials. After crushing and batching, the raw meal is ground in a vertical mill and then fed into a cement rotary kiln for calcination into clinker. The clinker is then mixed with an appropriate amount of gypsum and some admixtures or additives, and ground into cement by a cement mill. The cement is then transported out of the factory by a packaging machine or bulk carrier.
