Introduction

The process flow is simple, smooth, and compact. The entire 1000 t/d dry process production line adopts a three-grind, one-calcination scheme. The raw material and pulverized coal are ground using roller vertical mills, the cement mill is a three-compartment ball mill, and the calcination system is a φ3.2×50m calcination furnace with a five-stage cyclone preheater and an offline decomposition furnace. The entire new line covers an area of 3 hectares.

The cement grinding system is configured as a closed-loop system consisting of a roller press, a tube mill, and a classifier. The tube mill has a specification of D3.2×13m and is equipped with an O-SEPA high-efficiency classifier. Its design capacity is about 55t/d, and its actual production grinding capacity is over 65t/h. The finished product is collected by a pulse bag filter with a membrane filter. This system can meet the grinding capacity of more than 420,000 tons/year of cement. This mill played an important role in the peak cement sales season at the end of 2016.
