Rotary Kiln

Product Introduction: Cement rotary kiln is a type of rotary kiln commonly used for the production and calcination of cement clinker. Currently, the cement rotary kiln produced by our company is mainly a dry process production line equipment for cement clinker. According to different cement clinker production processes, this product is divided into hollow dry process kiln, kiln with preheater, and external decomposition kiln. There are sixteen models with cylinder diameters between 2.5m and 4.3 meters, which can meet the daily production range of 180-3200 tons of dry process clinker calcination.

Applications:Suitable for cement plants and clinker production lines.

Shaft Kiln

Shaft kiln refers to vertical shaft kiln for lime. Liming Machinery's vertical lime kiln is a modern facility that integrates environmental protection and energy-saving functions with a high degree of mechanization and automation. By adopting advanced technologies, it efficiently utilizes low-cost energy sources, particularly converting environmentally polluting gases (such as converter gas, blast furnace gas, and calcium carbide furnace exhaust) into primary energy, thereby transforming waste into valuable resources.

Calcination Temperature: 1100±50℃

Applications:Suitable for metallurgy, building materials, calcium carbide, nano-calcium carbonate, aerated concrete, sugar refining, and other industrial sectors.

Capacity: 50-400(t/d)

Input size: 30-80 mm / 80-120 mm

Twin-shaft kiln

The twin-shaft kiln represents the most advanced lime kiln technology currently available. It operates by alternating the calcination process between two interconnected shafts, producing lime with high reactivity and superior quality that meets the requirements of most market users. Additionally, its capability to utilize multiple fuel types makes it widely suitable for large-scale lime production enterprises.

Applications:Medium to large-scale lime plants with stringent quality requirements.
