Introduction
Mainly composed of crushing equipment, homogenization equipment, raw meal preparation equipment, drying equipment, preheating and decomposition equipment, clinker calcination equipment, cooling equipment, grinding equipment, packaging equipment, conveying equipment, and environmental dust collection equipment.
Cement production uses limestone and clay as the main raw materials. The raw materials are crushed, batched, and ground into raw meal using a vertical grinding mill. This raw meal is then fed into a cement rotary kiln for calcination into clinker. The clinker is then mixed with appropriate amounts of gypsum, some admixtures, and additives, and further ground into cement using a roller press and cement mill. The cement is then transported out of the factory by a packaging machine or bulk carrier. Alternatively, the cement production equipment can simultaneously dry and grind the raw materials, or first dry and grind them into raw meal powder before feeding it into a dry rotary kiln for calcination into clinker. The main advantages are low heat consumption, with dry kiln clinker heat consumption of 3140-3768 joules/kg equipped with a preheater. The disadvantages are that the raw material composition is not easy to be uniform, the workshop has a lot of dust, and the power consumption is relatively high.
