Introduction

The pulverized coal preparation project has a capacity of 50-60T/H. The main processing material is a mixture of bituminous coal and anthracite, which is used in a steel plant's blast furnace coal injection system. The raw coal is sent to the vertical coal mill through a closed quantitative coal feeder, and the hot air from the heating furnace enters from the air inlet. After sufficient heat exchange with the raw coal being milled in the mill, the coal powder is brought to the separator. Sorting, the coarse coal powder with unqualified fineness falls on the grinding disc again for grinding, and the fine coal powder with qualified fineness enters the explosion-proof gas box pulse dust collector and is collected. The whole system is operated under negative pressure. No spillage, thus ensuring the cleanliness of the site.
