Introduction

The project was put into operation in Liaoning Province in June 2021. Previously, few vertical mills were applied to the field of Coal pulverization in China. The materials fall in the middle of the grinding plate from the blanking port, and the large materials are crushed directly, and the fine materials are extruded to form a material bed for inter particle crushing. The crushed materials continue to move to the edge of the grinding disc until they are taken away by the strong air flow at the air ring, while the larger materials fall back onto the grinding plate to continue crushing, and finally the qualified fine powder is discharged out with the air flow.
