Shale mill
Shale is a type of rock formed by the dehydration and cementation of clay. It is mainly composed of clay minerals (such as kaolinite, vermiculite, etc.) and has a distinct thin-bedded structure. According to different compositions, it is classified into carbonaceous shale, calcareous shale, sandy shale, and siliceous shale, etc. Among them, siliceous shale has slightly higher strength, while the others are relatively softer. The compressive strength of rock blocks ranges from 19.61 to 68.65 MPa or lower.
Applications
Shale is used to stabilize water and soil structures. It is a rock formed by the dehydration and cementation of clay. The shale ash residue can be used to produce building materials such as cement clinker, ceramic fibers, and陶粒 (pottery granules), and can also be used to produce various synthetic fuel gases and chemical raw materials.
The large pieces of marble are crushed by the crusher to the fineness of the material that can enter the mill (15mm-50mm).
The crushed marble pieces are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill by the vibrating feeder for quantitative grinding.
The powdered material is separated by the classifier, the unqualified powder will be returned to the grinding mill chamber for re-milling.
Fine powder complies with the fineness and airflow go through the pipe into the dust collector for separation and collection. The finished powder will be transmitted to bucket elevator by screw conveyor and lifted into Silo for storage by Bucket elevator , then packed uniformly by powder tanker or automatic packing machine.
